Amanda Swanberg is a graduate of William Mitchell College of Law and practices exclusively in the area of family law. With an undergraduate degree in Psychology, family law was a natural fit.
While any decent attorney can draft the forms required to handle your family matter, what Amanda brings to the table is the willingness to listen and understand how the situation is impacting you and your family and work with you to develop a comprehensive approach that will truly meet your needs. Amanda excels at finding creative solutions and common ground. Her goal is to make sure that, when your case is completed, you feel hopeful about the future and have an agreement that will serve you for years to come.
Amanda is ready to help you with any family law questions you may have regarding divorce, including, child custody, spousal maintenance, moving out of state after a divorce, and more.
Prior to joining Martin Law, Amanda had a solo family law practice in St. Paul for several years. She is active in the community and enjoys co-leading her daughter’s Brownie troop.
