Experience

Colleen Chambers is an associate immigration law attorney with Cundy and Martin. Ms. Chambers has significant experience in the field of immigration law. Ms. Chambers volunteered with the Asylum Law Project at the University of Minnesota Law School and traveled to Miami, Florida to work with individuals seeking asylum. She has also worked with the Immigration and Human Rights Law Clinic at the University of Minnesota. At the Clinic, Ms. Chambers worked on a number of asylum cases, represented detained immigrants in Immigration Court, and conducted extensive research into asylum-based matters. Ms. Chambers also interned with the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) as a law clerk with the Immigration Court in Bloomington, Minnesota. Through this position, Ms. Chambers researched and drafted judicial opinions on a wide range of immigration topics, including asylum, cancellation of removal, voluntary departure, NACARA relief, and removal for criminal convictions.

Education

Ms. Chambers graduated cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School. Before entering law school, Ms. Chambers graduated summa cum laude from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio, receiving dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Political Science.
