Cynthia J. Miller practices exclusively in the area of family law, including divorce, custody, paternity, child support and adoption. She also specializes in child protection matters with extensive experience in cases involving the Indian Child Welfare Act. Ms. Miller is a 1999 graduate of William Mitchell College of Law and has a Bachelor of Science in Business.
Ms. Miller has also previously worked as a Guardian ad Litem. She is admitted to practice in the State of Minnesota as well as many of the tribal courts in Minnesota, including Prairie Island, Lower Sioux, Upper Sioux, Shakopee, Mille Lacs and White Earth. She is also a member of the Minnesota Bar Association, Ramsey County Bar Association and the Minnesota American Indian Bar Association. |
