Kathleen Hauser has several years of experience as a paralegal. Kathleen assists both attorneys and clients with family law matters, including all aspects of the marital dissolution process, post decree matters, child custody, child support, visitation and step parent adoptions. She also assists business attorneys with collections matters. Her work includes drafting agreements, preparing pleadings and correspondence, filing documents with the court, scheduling court hearings, maintaining clients’ files and updating clients on the status of their case.
