The U.S. immigration law allows for issuance of a green card to foreign investors based on $1,000,000 investment that creates at least 10 jobs.  All of the details of the process are too complicated to address here, but for the right investor, there are programs that require very little involvement from the investor, other than the investment, in order to acquire lawful permanent residence.

These programs are commonly referred to as Designated Regional Centers and have projects that have already been approved by the U.S. government for the green card process and merely need the necessary investment from qualified foreign investors.  We have contacts with various agencies that have been approved by the government and will gladly refer you to an appropriate agency and project that best suits your interests.
